摘要: 为了破除污泥的胞外聚合物(EPS),提高污泥的脱水性能,投加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对污泥进行预处理,然
后分别研究氢氧化钙作用、超声波作用和碱- 超声波联合作用下的污泥比阻和脱水性能。研究结果表明:当PAM 质量
浓度为30 mg/L 时,污泥脱水性能最好;不同含量的氢氧化钙对污泥的脱水性能有不同影响,使用0.631 2 g氢氧化钙作
用于50 mL剩余污泥时,污泥比阻显著降低,沉淀效果最好;当频率为40 kHz 的超声波作用于经氢氧化钙处理过后的污
泥10 min 后,碱-超声波处理能使污泥比阻由1.1×1010降低至0.8×1010,污泥脱水性能得到提高。

Study on New Technologies of Activated Sludge Reduction and Recycling

Abstract: In order to remove extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) from sewage sludge and improve its dewatering performance,
polyacrylamide(PAM) was added as pretreatment, the specific resistance and dewatering performance of sludge under different
conditions were measured and compared by adding calcium dihydroxide, ultrasonic wave and alkali-ultrasonic wave experiment.
The results show that the sludge dewatering performance is the best when PAM mass concentration is 30 mg/L; different contents
of calcium hydroxide have different effects on the dewatering performance of sludge, when 0.631 2 g calcium hydroxide is used to
act on 50 mL of excess sludge, the specific resistance of sludge is significantly reduced and the sedimentation effect is the best;
when the ultrasonic wave with the frequency of 40 kHz acts on the sludge treated with calcium hydroxide for 10 min, the alkaliultrasonic
wave treatment can reduce the sludge specific resistance of sludge from 1.1×1010 to 0.8×1010, the sludge dewatering
performance is improved.
