新疆南疆水资源开发利用探析

摘要： 新疆南疆地区干旱少雨，随着南疆社会经济发展，水资源日益紧缺。分析了南疆概况，对地下水超限开采、
水污染、监管不力等南疆水资源开发利用中的问题进行了探讨，从用水结构、水污染防治、水资源配置和管理等方面提
出对策，为区域水资源优化使用提供借鉴。

Exploration and Analysis of Water Resources Development and Utilization in South Xinjiang

Abstract: Drought and little rain in South Xinjiang, and with the social and economic development of South Xinjiang, water resources
are becoming increasingly scarce. This paper analyzed the general situation of South Xinjiang, discussed the problems in
the development and utilization of water resources in South Xinjiang, such as over limit exploitation of groundwater, water pollution
and weak supervision, and put forward countermeasures from the aspects of water use structure, prevention and control of water
pollution, allocation and management of water resources, so as to provide reference for the optimal use of regional water resources.
