国网供电公司双平衡降损法治理案例分析

摘要： 农网改造前，农村低压线损率较高，相关部门与农电职工均期望改造农网，改变农村电网情况。分析了国网
供电公司“双平衡”降损法在各个区域成功应用的典型案例，指出了具体应用流程，以期为此后电网改造工作提供一定
参考依据。

Abstract: Before the rural power grid transformation, the rural low-voltage line loss rate was high. Relevant departments and
rural power workers expected to transform the rural power grid and change the situation of rural power grid. This paper analyzed
the typical cases of the successful application of the "double balance" loss reduction method in various regions of State Grid
Power Supply Company, and pointed out the specific application process, in order to provide a certain reference basis for the
power grid transformation work in the future.
