综放工作面刮板运输机上窜下移现象及控制措施

摘要: 在当今时代许许多多的现代化综放工作面中,要想实现煤炭资源的顺利生产和运输,往往离不开刮板运输机
的配合,因此必须加强对刮板运输机的管控。刮板运输机能否正常运行将会直接影响到工作面能否正常生产。在实际工
作中,往往会因地质条件、生产工艺等一系列因素导致刮板运输机出现上窜下移的现象。基于斜沟煤矿23110 综放工作
面,采用理论分析和工程应用等方法,研究了对于特厚煤层综放工作面而言,刮板运输机上窜下移这种现象会带来的危
害以及对于这些问题可以采取的措施。研究表明,通过多拉机头、多拉机尾、反向推溜等方法控制好机头与机尾的推进
度差,可以有效解决上述问题,为今后类似问题的处理提供借鉴与参考。

Phenomenon of Scraper Conveyor Moving Up and Down in Fully Mechanized Caving Face and
Its Control Measures

Abstract: In many modern fully mechanized caving face, in order to realize the smooth production and transportation of coal
resources, it is often inseparable from the cooperation of scraper conveyors, so it is necessary to strengthen the control of scraper
conveyors, and whether the scraper conveyor can operate normally will directly affect the normal production of the working face.
In practice, due to a series of factors such as geological conditions and production technology, the scraper conveyor will move up
and down. Based on 23110 fully mechanized caving face of Xiegou Coal Mine, this paper used methods such as theoretical
analysis and engineering application to study the harm caused by the upward and downward movement of the scraper conveyor in
the fully mechanized caving face of extra-thick coal seams and the control measures. The research shows that through the method
such as multi pulling machine head, multi pulling machine tail and reverse sliding can effectively solve the problem by controlling
the difference of propulsion between the head and the tail, and provide reference for the treatment of similar pro-blems in future.
