吕梁山煤电井下高位水力压裂切顶的应用研究

摘要: 针对吕梁山煤电井下巷道现状,提出了一种新的井下高位水力压裂切顶方案。对高位水力压裂切顶方案的设
计、施工设备、施工要点及应用效果进行了分析。实际应用表明,优化后巷道顶底板最大移近量降低了约20%,巷道顶
板最大下沉量降低了约40%,巷道两帮最大移近量降低了约52%,显著提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性。

Abstract: Aiming at the status of underground roadways in Lvliangshan Coal Electricity Mine Co., Ltd., a new underground
high-level hydraulic fracturing roof cutting scheme was proposed. This paper analyzed the design, construction equipment, key
construction points and application effects of the high-level hydraulic fracturing roof cutting scheme. Practical application shows
that after optimization, the maximum approach of the roof and floor of the roadway has been reduced by about 20%, the maximum
roof subsidence of the roadway has been reduced by about 40%, and the maximum approach of the two sides of the roadway has
been reduced by about 52%, which has significantly improved the safety of fully mechanized mining operations in the underground
coal mine.
