1 000 MW机组中压缸冲转预暖技术应用

摘要: 山东A 电厂1 000 MW 机组为高压缸启动方式,自投产以来一直存在冷态启动中压缸膨胀不均、轴承振动大、
中速暖机时间长等问题。针对这些问题,在吸取国内百万机组中压缸启动方式经验的基础上,在锅炉升温升压时段,利
用邻机冷段抽汽对中压缸进行冲转提前预暖,在主蒸汽参数满足冲转条件后再打闸机组进行高中压缸联合冲转。结果表
明,这种启动方式与高压缸启动方式相比,能够有效提高中压缸暖缸效果,避免中压缸膨胀不均造成的轴承振动大问
题,大大缩短了冷态启机时间,经济和环保效益显著。

Application of Intermediate Pressure Cylinder Impulse Preheating Technology in 1 000 MW Unit

Abstract: The 1 000 MW unit of Shandong A Power Plant is a high-pressure cylinder start-up method. Since it was put into
production, there had been problems such as uneven expansion, large bearing vibration and long medium-speed warm-up time of
the intermediate pressure cylinder. In response to these problems, based on the experience of the intermediate pressure cylinder
start-up method of millions of domestic units, during the boiler heating and boosting period, the cold section of the adjacent unit
is used to preheat the intermediate pressure cylinder in advance, and the brake unit will perform the combined flushing of the
high and medium pressure cylinders after the main steam parameters satisfy the flushing conditions. The results show that
compared with the high-pressure cylinder startup method, this start-up method can effectively improve the heating effect of the
intermediate pressure cylinder, avoid the bearing vibration problem caused by the uneven expansion of the intermediate pressure
cylinder, and greatly shorten the cold start-up time, which is of significant economical and environmental benefits.
