基于模糊综合评价法的矿井安全评价体系研究

摘要： 为了解决霍州煤电集团运行过程中安全评价体系实施效果差的问题，以法律政策为依据，构建了安全评价体
系，通过模糊综合评价法对矿井内部控制环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息沟通和监控因素进行了综合评价，矿井可根
据评价结果和对策建议完善安全评价体系，提升管理水平。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor implementation effect of the safety evaluation system during the operation of
Huozhou Coal Electricity Group, a safety evaluation system was constructed based on laws and policies. This paper comprehensively
evaluated the internal control environment, risk evaluation, control activities, information communication, monitoring of the
mine through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The mine can improve the safety evaluation system and improve the
management level based on the evaluation results and countermeasures.
