巷道掘进及支护工艺的协调应用研究

摘要: 为了解决矿井掘进施工与支护工艺不协调的问题,提出了分次支护方案,在不改变支护成本的前提下,通过
改变支护顺序,即根据掘进量分次进行顶板锚杆支护、帮部锚杆支护和顶板锚索支护,有效控制了顶板的变形量,且确
保了锚杆轴力在安全范围内。与原支护方案相比,分次支护方案支护时间更短,月进尺量更大,实现了掘进及支护工艺
的协调。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of uncoordinated mine excavation construction and support technology, a graded support
scheme was proposed. On the premise of not changing the support cost, by changing the support sequence, that is, carrying out
roof bolt support, side bolt support and roof anchor cable support according to the excavation amount, the deformation of the roof
is effectively controlled and the axial force of the bolt is ensured to be within the safe range. Compared with the original support
scheme, the graded support scheme has shorter support time and larger monthly footage, which realizes the coordinate of excavation
and support technology.
