破碎顶板预掘回撤通道围岩支护技术研究

摘要: 明业煤矿1201 工作面顶板岩层比较破碎,回撤通道断面比较大,为了解决回撤通道支护问题,运用数值模拟
的方法模拟了巷道180 d内围岩应力演化规律,结果显示第180 天时巷道整体垮落。以模拟结果为依据,结合支护工程
措施实践,在回撤通道采用的支护措施有工字钢支护、锚杆支护和管棚支护,对支护结果进行考察。考察结果显示,深
部最大位移量146.75 mm,浅部最大位移量88.79 mm,无破碎现象,支护措施安全可靠。

Study on Surrounding Rock Support Technology of Pre-excavation and Withdrawal Channel of
Broken Roof

Abstract: The roof strata of 1201 working face in Mingye Coal Mine is relatively broken, and the section of the withdrawal channel
is relatively large. In order to solve the support problem of withdrawal channel, the stress evolution law of surrounding rock
within 180 days of roadway was simulated by numerical simulation method. The results show that the roadway collapses as a whole
on the 180th day. Based on the simulation results and combined with the practice of support engineering measures, the support
measures adopted in the withdrawal channel included I-beam support, anchor bolt support and pipe shed support. The support
results were investigated. The investigation results show that the maximum displacement in the deep part is 146.75 mm and the
maximum displacement in the shallow part is 88.79 mm. There is no breakage, and the support measures are safe and reliable.
