摘要： 在煤矿生产过程中，安全管理工作对于安全事故的防范具有重要意义。因此，需要做好煤矿安全管理工作。
通过分析煤矿安全管理中存在的问题，探讨了加强煤矿安全管理的有效路径，可以为煤矿安全管理提供一定的技术指导。
