暂态仿真软件搭建了10 kV 配电网仿真模型采集电流、无功功率等稳态信息数据,提出了一种基于稳态信息融合的单相
接地故障选线方法,得到了较高的准确率。对仿真数据进行验证,该方法适用于不接地系统及谐振接地系统,在调度主
站端处进行选线有着较好的应用前景。

Fault Line Selection Method for Small Current Grounding System Based on Steady State
Information Fusion

Abstract: The single-phase grounding fault rate of small current grounding system accounts for 80% of the distribution network
fault. The traditional single line selection method can not stably improve the accuracy or need to install monitoring equipment,
which increases the investment and equipment maintenance cost. In view of this characteristic, combined with the actual dispatching
master station data of the power grid, this paper established a 10 kV distribution network simulation model with PSCAD/
EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software, collected the steady-state information data such as current and reactive power,
and proposed a single-phase grounding fault line selection method based on steady-state information fusion, which obtained
high accuracy. The simulation data were verified. This method is suitable for ungrounded system and resonant grounded system. It
has a good application prospect in line selection at the end of dispatching master station.
