摘要: 采气树处于天然气水合物开发过程中的重要节点,但对于经济型采气树的力学行为研究较少。通过对采气树
本体进行模拟分析,验证了100 MPa 径向载荷作用下采气树满足稳定性的要求,且结果表明在应力分布与径向位移由内
壁向外壁逐渐降低,在内壁端口部存在应力集中现象。

Abstract: Gas production tree is an important node in the development of natural gas hydrate, but there is little research on the
mechanical behavior of economic gas production tree. Through the simulation analysis of the gas production tree body, it is
verified that the gas production tree meets the stability requirements under the radial load of 100 MPa, and the results show that
the stress distribution and radial displacement gradually decrease from the inner wall to the outer wall, and there is stress
concentration at the end of the inner wall.
