摘要: 针对一锅炉存在的低温再热器受热面烟气磨损泄漏严重的问题,对低温再热器受热面磨损严重的关键原因进
行了分析,在运行优化调整难以取得显著效果后,完成了低温再热器受热面优化改造,大幅减缓了低温再热器受热面的
磨损,提高了机组运行的可靠性,对同类型机组改造具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of serious flue gas wear and leakage on the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater in a
boiler, this paper analyzed the key reasons for the serious wear of the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater. After the
operation optimization and adjustment were difficult to achieve significant results, the optimization transformation of the heating
surface of the low-temperature reheater was completed, which greatly reduced the the wear of the heating surface of the lowtemperature
reheater, improved the reliability of the unit operation, and had certain reference significance for the transformation of
the same type of units.
