摘要: 基于一电厂650 MW 超临界直流锅炉在线破坏炉底水封事故处理的案例,梳理了事故处理过程,分析了该型号
锅炉破坏炉底水封后微正压运行存在的危险点,并提出相应的控制措施,最后归纳出适合在线破坏炉底水封后进行检修
工作的运行方式,为同型号锅炉的相似事故处理提供参考意见。

Abstract: Based on the case of 650 MW supercritical once-through boiler on-line breaking water seal of boiler bottom in a power
plant, this paper sorted out the process of accident treatment, and analyzed the danger points of micro-positive pressure operation
after breaking water seal of boiler bottom, then put forward the corresponding control measures, and finally concluded the
suitable operation mode for on-line maintenance after destroying the water seal at the bottom of the furnace, which provides
references for the similar accident treatments of the same type boiler.
