高灰煤质下SCR运行典型问题及改造措施

摘要: 在燃用高灰煤质燃煤时,烟气中粉尘含量高会对机组SCR 脱硝系统产生不利影响。分析了高灰煤质下SCR 运
行的典型问题,并提出了改造措施。在高灰煤质的影响下,SCR 脱硝系统存在烟道和导流板积灰、催化剂堵塞和磨损、
内构件磨损、氨耗量和空预器阻力大等典型问题。通过流场优化、吹灰系统改造和增设预除尘装置等措施可有效缓解高
质量浓度粉尘对脱硝系统的不利影响。

Abstract: When burning high ash coal, the high dust content in the flue gas will adversely affect the SCR denitrification system
of the unit. This paper analyzed the typical problems of SCR operation in high ash coal quality, and proposed reform measures.
Under the influence of high ash coal, SCR denitration system has typical problems such as ash accumulation in flue and guide
plate, catalyst blockage and wear, internal component wear, high ammonia consumption and air preheater resistance. The adverse
effects of high mass concentration dust on the denitrification system can be effectively alleviated by optimizing the flow field,
reforming the soot blowing system and adding a pre-dust removal device.
