UO2芯块柱重量控制方法的研究

摘要: 燃料UO2芯块柱重量是衡量燃料组件重量的重要指标,对燃料UO2芯块的几何密度和几何尺寸进行加严控制
可实现对芯块柱重量的控制。将满足芯块几何密度和几何尺寸要求的点组成的集合看成一个多维空间,该空间内同时由
满足芯块柱重量要求的点构成了一个子空间,对子空间内的点进行优化选择可得到一种芯块柱重量的控制方法,比较多
维空间及其子空间的大小可对该控制方法的有效性进行评价。对UO2芯块柱重量控制方法进行了研究,在2M 燃料芯块
生产中的应用表明该方法具有良好的控制效果。

Study on Weight Control Method of UO2 Pellet Columns

Abstract: The weight of fuel UO2 pellet columns is an important indicator to measure the weight of fuel assemblies. Strict control
of the geometric density and geometric dimensions of fuel UO2 pellets can realize the control of the weight of the pellet column.
The set of points that meet the requirements of the geometric density and geometric size of the pellet is regarded as a multidimensional
space. The points in the space that meet the requirements of the weight of the pellet column at the same time
constitute a subspace. Optimizing the selection of points in the subspace can obtain a control method for the weight of the pellet
column. The effectiveness of the control method can be evaluated by comparing the size of the multi-dimensional space and its
subspace. This paper studied the weight control method of UO2 pellet columns. The application in the production of 2M fuel
pellets shows that this method has a good control effect.
