选煤机械设备常见液压故障分析及处理

摘要： 煤炭洗选多是通过一些机械设备实现的。然而，由于各种因素，选煤机械设备经常会发生各种故障，这非常
不利于煤炭洗选效率的提升。与其他故障相比，选煤机械设备液压故障的发生更为频繁。通过分析选煤机械设备液压故
障的原因，探讨了液压故障的处理措施，可以为选煤机械设备的故障维修提供一定的参考。

Analysis and Treatment of Common Hydraulic Faults of Coal Preparation Mechanical Equipment

Abstract: Coal washing is mostly realized by some mechanical equipment. However, due to various factors, various faults often
occur in coal preparation mechanical equipment, which is very unfavorable to the improvement of coal washing efficiency. Compared
with other faults, the hydraulic faults of coal preparation mechanical equipment are more frequent. By analyzing the causes
of hydraulic faults of coal preparation mechanical equipment, this paper discussed the treatment measures of hydraulic faults,
which can provide a certain reference for the fault maintenance of coal preparation mechanical equipment.
