切顶卸压沿空留巷技术在司马矿的应用

摘要: 针对司马矿1218 工作面瓦斯问题严重、煤柱过宽导致资源浪费等现状, 提出了切顶卸压沿空留巷技术。结合
现场条件对切顶卸压和沿空留巷进行了重点设计, 并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明, 采用切顶卸压沿空留巷后, 工作
面在0~80 m时巷道累计顶板下沉量、巷道煤体侧最大集中应力变化幅度最大, 80 m 往后逐渐变小, 并在350 m 往后趋
于稳定, 说明切顶卸压沿空留巷技术能够有效控制顶板围岩变形。

Application of Technology of Gob Side Entry Retaining with Roof Cutting and Pressure Relieving in Sima Coal Mine

Abstract: In view of the serious gas problems and the waste of resources caused by the excessively wide coal pillars in the 1218
working face of Sima Coal Mine, this paper proposed the technology of gob side entry retaining with roof cutting and pressure
relieving. Based on the site conditions, the key design of roof cutting and pressure relieving and gob side entry retaining was
carried out, and field tests were carried out. The test results show that after the gob side entry retaining with roof cutting and
pressure relieving, the accumulated roof subsidence of the roadway and the maximum concentrated stress on the coal body side of
the roadway change the most in the working face between 0 and 80 m, gradually become smaller after 80 m, and tend to be stable
after 350 m, indicating that the technology of gob side entry retaining with roof cutting and pressure relieving can effectively
control the deformation of the roof surrounding rock.
