碳达峰背景下能源的低碳转型发展

摘要: 能源行业作为碳排放大户,碳排放占全社会碳排放总量的85%左右,占温室气体排放总量75%左右。“30·60”
双碳目标的提出,意味着绿色发展与高效发展将成为中国能源体系建设的未来方向。实现碳达峰,能源行业必须扭转传
统以化石能源为主体的结构特征,一方面严格控制化石能源消费总量,提高化石能源利用效率,有序实施可再生能源替
代行动;另一方面要大力发展风电、光伏发电等新能源,稳步提高绿色低碳能源供给能力,加快构建以新能源为主体的
新型电力系统。详细分析了中国高碳特征能源消费现状及能源消费碳排放现状, 指出了能源低碳转型发展路径。

Low-carbon Transitional Development of Energy under Background of Peak Carbon
Dioxide Emissions

Abstract: As a major carbon emitter, the energy industry accounts for about 85% of the total carbon emissions of the whole
society and about 75% of the total greenhouse gas emissions. As "30·60" peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutral target
is proposed, means that green development and efficient development will become the future direction of China's energy system
construction. To achieve peak carbon dioxide emissions, the energy industry must reverse the traditional structural characteristics
of fossil energy as the main body. On the one hand, strictly control the total amount of fossil energy consumption, improve the
efficiency of fossil energy utilization, and orderly implement renewable energy substitution actions; on the other hand, it must
vigorously develop new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation, steadily improve the supply
capacity of green and low-carbon energy, and accelerate the construction of a new power system with new energy as the mainstay.
This paper analyzed in detail the current situation of China's high-carbon energy consumption and carbon emission of energy
consumption, and pointed out the development path of low-carbon transformation of energy.
