“双碳”目标下火电企业开展能源管理体系建设研究

摘要： 当前，火力发电企业的生产经营压力逐渐增大，除了本身节能降耗的要求之外，“碳达峰、碳中和”的提出
给企业提出更高的要求。因此，火力发电企业构建能源管理体系，采用P-D-C-A 的模式，通过增强人员的能源管理意
识，实施节能技改项目，从技术节能和管理节能两方面共同推进，减少企业的生产运营成本，有助于提高企业的竞争力。

Study on Construction of Energy Management System by Thermal Power Enterprises under
"Carbon Peak and Neutrality" Goals

Abstract: At present, the production and operation pressure of thermal power generation enterprises is gradually increasing. In
addition to their own requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction, the proposal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality"
puts forward higher requirements for enterprises. Therefore, thermal power generation enterprises build energy management
systems, adopt the P-D-C-A model, implement energy-saving technological transformation projects by enhancing personnel's
awareness of energy management, and reduce the enterprises' production and operating costs with jointly promoting both technical
and management energy-saving, which can help improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.
