低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采问题探析

摘要:在分析赵庄煤业主采3 号煤层瓦斯含量、透气性指数、瓦斯流量衰减系数等的基础上,指出该煤层属于透气
性差的可抽采煤层,并进行了该煤层瓦斯赋存及来源情况的分析,确定了“穿层钻孔+ 顺层钻孔”瓦斯抽采方式及抽采
方案,并对其开采层水力冲孔、水力割缝抽采过程及施工效果进行分析探讨。结果表明,煤层采用低透气性瓦斯抽采技
术后工作面瓦斯涌出量明显降低,通风系统负担过重的情况得以缓解,矿井巷道维护条件显著改善,矿井安全高效生产也得以保证。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the gas content, permeability index, gas flow attenuation coefficient, etc. of the mainly mined
No.3 coal seam of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd., this paper pointed out that the coal seam is a mineable coal seam with
poor gas permeability, analyzed the occurrence and source situation of gas in the coal seam, determined the gas drainage method
and drainage scheme of "through-bed drilling + bedding drilling", and analyzed and discussed the drainage process and construction
effect of hydraulic punching and hydraulic slitting in the mining layer. The results show that after adopting low -
permeability gas drainage technology in the coal seam, the amount of gas emission from the working face is significantly reduced,
the overload of the ventilation system is relieved, the maintenance conditions of the mine roadway are significantly improved, and
the safe and efficient production of the mine is also guaranteed.
