综放工作面小煤柱沿空巷道加固技术研究

摘要:小煤柱沿空掘巷是提高煤炭资源采出率、布置低应力巷道的有效手段。以官地矿28417 工作面为例,采用理
论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,根据小煤柱沿空巷道的变形机理,基于超前支承压力分布曲线与塑性区分布,判别小
煤柱是否为稳定状态。基于研究成果,结合28417 工作面顶底板条件,提出3 种巷道加固方案。经现场实测,加固后的
回采巷道可有效抑制围岩变形,满足正常回采需要。

Study on Reinforcement Technology of Gob Side Entry with Small Coal Pillars in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract: Gob side entry driving with small coal pillars is an effective means to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and
the layout of low-stress roadways. Taking the 28417 working face of Guandi Coal Mine as an example, using the method of
combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, according to the deformation mechanism of the gob side entry with small
coal pillars, based on the distribution curve of the advanced abutment pressure and the distribution of the plastic zone, it was
judged whether the small coal pillar was stable. Based on the research results, combined with the roof and floor conditions of the
28417 working face, this paper proposed three roadway reinforcement schemes. According to field measurement, the reinforced
mining roadway can effectively restrain the deformation of surrounding rock and meet the needs of normal mining.
