平板陶瓷膜在印染废水处理中的应用

摘要:印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、色度深、碱性大、水质变化大等特点,属难处理的工业废水。近
年来,由于化学纤维织物的发展,仿真丝的兴起和印染后整理技术的进步,PVA 浆料、人造丝碱解物(主要是邻苯二甲
酸类物质)、新型助剂等难生化降解有机物大量进入印染废水, 其COD也由原来的数百毫克每升上升到2 000~3 000 mg/L,
传统的生物处理工艺面临极大的挑战。以福建地区一印染工业园区污水处理厂中一条处理线路的改造为例,分析“微曝
气水解酸化+平板陶瓷膜过滤+生物活性炭吸附” 技术在印染废水处理中的应用, 以供相关研究参考。

Abstract: Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of large water volume, high content of organic pollutants, deep
color, large alkalinity and large water quality changes, which is difficult-to-treat industrial wastewater. In recent years, due to the
development of chemical fiber fabrics, the rise of imitation silk and the advancement of printing and dyeing finishing technology, a
large amount of PVA slurry, rayon alkali hydrolyzate (mainly phthalic acid), new additives and other difficult-to-biodegrade organic
substances enter the printing and dyeing wastewater, and its COD has risen from the original hundreds of milligrams per liter to
2 000-3 000 mg/L. The traditional biological treatment process has been seriously challenged. Taking the transformation of a
treatment line in a sewage treatment plant in a printing and dyeing industrial park in Fujian area as an example, this paper analyzed
the application of "micro-aeration hydrolysis acidification + flat ceramic membrane filtration + biological activated carbon
adsorption" technology in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater for reference for related research.
