对城市污水污泥的深度脱水技术的探讨

摘要：污水处理过程中伴随着大量副产物剩余污泥的产生，随着中国城市污水污泥量不断增加，污泥处理处置设施
不够完善，致使污泥大量积压。因此，实行污泥减量化是污泥处理过程中必不可少的环节。对污泥来源、组成和性质进
行总结分析，以无锡市为例，对污泥脱水处理路线等方面进行调研，结合多年工作经验，对污泥深度脱水技术进行研究。

Discussion on Deep Dewatering Technology of Municipal Sewage Sludge

Abstract: The sewage treatment process is accompanied by the production of a large amount of by-product residual sludge. As
the amount of sewage sludge in cities of China continues to increase, the sludge treatment and disposal facilities are not perfect,
resulting in a large backlog of sludge. Therefore, the implementation of sludge reduction is an indispensable link in the sludge
treatment process. This paper summarized and analyzed the source, composition and properties of the sludge, investigated the
sludge dehydration treatment route taking Wuxi as an example, and studied the deep sludge dewatering technology combined with years of work experience.
