摘要: 针对A 电厂2 台1 000 MW 超超临界机组进行热再、冷再和中排抽汽供热改造,实现了中压、低压供汽。介绍
了供热改造系统方案、水力计算、强度计算、应力计算、设备管道布置和电控设计等内容,以期为同类型机组供热改造
提供参考。

Heating Retrofitting for 1 000 MW Ultra Super-critical Unit

Abstract: In A Power Plant, heating retrofitting for high-temperature reheating pipeline, low-temperature reheating pipeline and
IP cylinder exhaust steam pipeline of two sets of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit were carried out, and the medium-pressure
and low-pressure steam supply was realized. This paper introduced the reformation such as heating retrofitting system plan, hydraulic
calculation, strength calculation, stress calculation, equipment &pipeline layout and I&C design, etc., which can be used
as a reference for similar type of units.
