基础环式风机基础倾斜度监测指标分析

摘要: 风机基础的安全直接影响到风机的正常运行,基础监测是目前能够反映基础损伤的一种方式。首先分析了各
个监测指标之间的关系,表明基础环上法兰的倾斜度基本能够反映基础损伤情况,并提出风机基础倾斜度的监测限值。
然后通过对风机基础倾斜度监测限值进行对比分析,以及进行案例分析,讨论了所提出监测限值的合理性。表明针对不
同的风场实际状况有不同的监测指标,以期能够满足各个风电场的监测要求,为风机基础损伤监测提供借鉴。

Abstract: The safety of the wind turbine foundation directly affects the normal operation of the wind turbine, and foundation monitoring
is currently a way to reflect the damage of the foundation. Firstly, this paper analyzed the relationship between the various
monitoring indicators, showing that the inclination of the flange on the foundation ring can basically reflect the damage of the
foundation, and proposed the limit of the foundation inclination of the wind turbine. Then, it discussed the rationality of the monitoring
limits proposed by comparing and analyzing the monitoring limits of the foundation inclination of wind turbines, and carried
out a case analysis. It shows that there are different monitoring indicators for the actual conditions of different wind farms, and it
is expected that the monitoring requirements of each wind farm can be met, so as to provide reference for the foundation damage
monitoring of wind turbines.
