摘要: 针对电袋除尘器生产运行能耗较高等问题,提出了一种利用大数据技术、以综合寻优为目标的电袋复合除尘
系统运行优化控制方法,对基于综合寻优控制的电袋复合除尘系统及其应用进行了研究。实际应用结果表明,与PID 控
制相比,综合寻优控制显著降低了除尘系统运行成本,平均负荷功率可降低40%。

Abstract: In view of the high energy consumption in the production and operation of electrostatic bag precipitator, this paper proposed
an operation optimization control method of the electrostatic-fabric integrated dust removal system based on big data technology
and comprehensive optimization, and studied the electrostatic-fabric integrated dust removal system based on comprehensive
optimization control and its application. The practical application results show that compared with PID control, the comprehensive
optimization control significantly reduces the operation cost of dust removal system, and the average load power can be
reduced by 40%.
