煤矿井下支架快速安装平台研发

摘要： 为有效解决工作面进架出架程序较多、人员安全管理难等问题，研发了支架快速安装平台及配套装置，并在
现场进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明，使用支架快速安装平台后每班能出5 架左右，大大缩短了进架出架工作时间，
人工操作少，安全系数高，具有一定的推广价值。

Research and Development of Rapid Installation Platform for Underground Supports in
Coal Mines

Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problems of multiple loading and unloading procedures and difficulty in personnel
safety management of the working face, a rapid installation platform and matching devices for the support have been developed,
and industrial tests have been carried out on the spot. The test results show that after using the rapid installation platform for
support, about 5 supports can be delivered per shift, which greatly reduces the working time of loading and unloading with less
manual operation and high safety factor, and the platform is of certain promotion value.
