晋北煤业斜井运输系统改造研究

摘要: 以晋北煤业斜井运输系统改造为研究对象,基于现场概况,分析了改造方案,指出了检验效果。为有效解决
晋北煤业副斜井躲避硐室设施不完善、自动挡车装置可靠性差、人员不规范操作监管不到位等问题,对斜井运输系统进
行了安全改造,并对改进后系统进行了现场效果验证。验证结果表明,现场试验期间系统运行良好,躲避硐室内信号报
警装置安全有效,挡车装置动作可靠,监控系统能有效规范职工行为,有效提升了副斜井运输的安全可靠性。

Abstract: Taking the transformation of the inclined shaft transportation system of Jinbei Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as the research
object, based on the site overview, this paper analyzed the transformation plan, and pointed out the test results. In order to
effectively solve the problems of imperfect facilities of avoidance chamber, poor reliability of automatic car blocking devices, and
inadequate supervision of personnel irregular operations in auxiliary inclined shafts of Jinbei Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the inclined
shaft transportation system has been carried out safety transformation, and the on-site effect of the improved system has been
verified. The verification results show that the system operates well during the field test, the signal alarm device in the avoidance
chamber is safe and effective, the car blocking devices operate reliably, and the monitoring system can effectively regulate the
behavior of employees, which effectively improve the safety and reliability of auxiliary inclined shaft transportation.
