摘要: 针对晋控电力同达热电山西公司2×330 MW 循环流化床锅炉运行工况,通过调整过量空气系数、旋风分离器入
口温度、返料风压,分析以上因素变化过程中NOx排放质量浓度的变化趋势,为低负荷工况下提供最佳运行参数,在控
制NOx排放质量浓度的情况下,最大限度减少氨水用量,以降低脱硝产物对环境、经济的影响。

Abstract: According to the operating conditions of the 2×330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler of Jinneng Holding Electric
Power Tongda Thermal Power Shanxi Company, by adjusting the excess air coefficient, cyclone inlet temperature and return air
pressure, this paper analyzed the change trend of NOx concentration during the change of the above factors, in order to provide the
best operating parameters, and minimize the amount of ammonia under the condition of controlling NOx emission mass
concentration, so as to reduce the impact of denitration products on environment and economy.
