复杂水文地质条件矿井给排水系统优化建设

摘要: 呼吉尔特和榆横北部矿区多数矿井水文地质条件均为复杂型,矿井井下涌水量大,井下排水系统运行压力大、
维护成本高,如何加强井下涌水的治理和给排水系统的建设,已成为该区域矿井安全生产中的重点问题之一。以中天合
创能源有限责任公司煤炭分公司葫芦素煤矿和门克庆煤矿为例,详细分析了矿井所采用的清浊分离排放井下涌水、建立
井下深度水处理系统、优化井下消防洒水系统等一系列工艺和技术,并对实施效果进行了说明,针对复杂水文条件矿井
的井下涌水综合治理和给排水系统综合优化设计方面总结出一系列具有建设性的新思路。

Optimal Construction of Water Supply and Drainage System of Mines with Complex
Hydrogeological Conditions

Abstract: The hydrogeological conditions of most mines in the northern mining areas of Hujirt and Yuheng are complex, with
large underground water inflow, high operation pressure of underground drainage system and high maintenance cost. How to
strengthen the control of underground water inrush and the construction of the water supply and drainage system has become one
of the most important issues in mine safety production in this area. Taking Hulusu Coal Mine and Menkeqing Coal Mine of Coal
Branch Company of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. as examples, this paper analyzed some processes and technologies
adopted in the mine in detail, such as clear and turbid separation and discharge of underground mine water, construction of
underground deep water treatment system, optimization of underground fire sprinkler system, explained the implementation effect,
and summarized a series of constructive new ideas in terms of comprehensive treatment of underground water inrush and
comprehensive optimization design of water supply and drainage system in mines with complex hydrological conditions.
