多绳摩擦式提升机天轮智能监测系统研究应用

摘要: 针对A 矿提升机天轮维护工效低、危险系数大、影响矿井运输衔接等现状,研发了多绳摩擦式提升机天轮智
能监测系统。对该系统的硬件、软件进行了深化设计,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,系统运行状况良好,监测性
能稳定、可靠,润滑维护便捷,故障报警及时、准确,有效提升了运输系统的可靠性。

Abstract: Aiming at the status quo of low maintenance efficiency, high risk factor and influence on mine transportation connection
of the hoist head sheave of A Mine, the intelligent monitoring system of head sheave of multi-rope friction hoist has been
developed. The hardware and software of the system were deeply designed, and field tests were carried out. The test results show
that the system is operating in good condition, the monitoring performance is stable and reliable, the lubrication maintenance is
convenient, the fault alarm is timely and accurate, and the reliability of the transportation system is effectively improved.
