DTNF膜处理技术在高含盐废水零排放中的应用研究

摘要: 实验采用碟管式纳滤(DTNF)膜处理工艺,对蒸发结晶进水进行处理。利用DTNF膜对SO42-截留率高,而对Cl-
无截留甚至会出现负截留的优点,可以把高压反渗透出水浓水中的氯化钠与硫酸钠分开,DTNF产水为富含氯化钠的溶液,
DTNF 浓水为富含硫酸钠的溶液。通过分盐实验、蒸发结晶实验考察DTNF 膜分盐效果。结果表明,随着回收率的提高,
DTNF浓水中Cl-质量浓度越低,SO42-质量浓度越高,蒸发结晶后硫酸钠结晶盐的纯度便会成倍提高。而DTNF 产水中的
SO42-质量浓度小于400 mg/L,COD仅有几十毫克每升,因此,产水蒸发结晶后氯化钠结晶盐的纯度完全可以满足标准要求。

Abstract: In this experiment, the dish-tube nanofiltration (DTNF) membrane treatment process is used to treat the evaporation
and crystallization influent. The use of DTNF membranes has a high retention rate of SO42-but no retention of Cl- or even
negative retention. Sodium chloride and sodium sulfate in HERO concentrated water can be separated. DTNF product water is
sodium chloride solution, DTNF concentrated water is sodium sulfate solution. The salt separation effect of DTNF membrane can
be investigated by salt separation test and evaporation crystallization test. The results show that with the increase of the recovery
rate, the lower the Cl- mass concentration of DTNF concentrated water and the higher the SO42- mass concentration, the purity of
sodium sulfate crystal salt after evaporation and crystallization will be doubled. The SO42- mass concentration in the DTNF product
water is less than 400 mg/L, and COD is only a few tens of milligrams per liter. Therefore, the purity of the sodium chloride
crystal salt after the evaporation and crystallization of the product water can fully meet the standard requirements.
