废弃煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电效率影响因素及提效措施

摘要: 为了有效提高废弃煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电机组的发电效率和发电量,对瓦斯发电站机组运行参数进行长期监测、
记录,通过分析各监测数据对瓦斯发电效率的影响和通径系数,得到CH4体积分数、瓦斯流量、环境温度、气源温度和
厂房温度与发电效率的相关性。结果表明,影响废弃煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电效率最主要的因素为CH4体积分数,其次为瓦
斯流量。针对关键影响因素提出一种瓦斯分流提纯高、低浓度混合配比工艺,通过提升CH4体积分数,混合配比达到瓦
斯发电机组发电最佳浓度参数要求,从而提高废弃煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电机组的发电效率。

Influencing Factors and Improving Measures of Power Generation Efficiency with
Low-concentration Gas in Abandoned Coal Mines

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the power generation efficiency and capacity of low-concentration gas generator units in
abandoned coal mines, the operation parameters of gas generator units were monitored and recorded for a long time. By analyzing
the influence and path coefficient of each monitoring data on gas power generation efficiency, the correlation between volume
fraction of CH4, gas flow, ambient temperature, gas source temperature and plant temperature and power generation efficiency was
obtained.The results show that the main influencing factor of low-concentration gas power generation efficiency in abandoned coal
mines is the volume fraction of CH4, followed by gas flow. Aiming at the key influencing factors, a high and low concentration
mixing ratio process of gas separation and purification was proposed. By increasing the volume fraction of CH4, the mixing ratio
could meet the requirements of the optimal concentration parameters of gas generator set, so as to improve the power generation
efficiency of low-concentration gas generator set in abandoned coal mines.
