摘要: 羊场湾煤矿在21 世纪初国家经济及煤炭行业飞速发展过程中,通过矿井整合、辅助运输无轨胶轮化改造、采
煤方法大采高综合机械化改造等方式,由一个450 kt/a 的中型煤矿达到了最高17 Mt/a 的规模,但随着井田内平均厚度
8.11 m 的特厚煤层二煤层大范围开采,位于该特厚煤层上部平均15.4 m全井田大部可采的一煤层如何开采,成为了摆在
技术人员面前不可回避的问题。通过分析矿井煤层赋存条件及矿井开拓开采系统布局,合理选择一煤层先期试采区域,
并在利用上行开采理论分析开采可行性的基础上,结合开采系统巷道布置合理选择施工了探巷工程,通过探巷及钻孔探
视成像等实际揭露情况分析,进一步优化开采系统设计,保证了设计开采系统的安全性和合理性。

Mining Design of Close Overlying Seams of Mined Extra-thick Coal Seams in Yangchangwan

Abstract: During the process of rapid development of national economy and the coal industry in the early 21st century,
Yangchangwan Coal Mine has reached the maximum scale of 17 Mt/a from a medium-sized coal mine of 450 kt/a by means of
mine integration, trackless rubber tyred transformation of auxiliary transportation and comprehensive mechanized transformation of
coal mining method with large mining height. However, with the large-scale mining of No.2 extra-thick coal seam with an average
thickness of 8.11 m in the mine field, how to mine most of the minable No.1 coal seam in the whole mine field with an average
thickness of 15.4 m in the upper part of the extra-thick coal seam has become an unavoidable problem for technicians. Based on
the analysis of the existing conditions of coal seams and the layout of mining system in mine development, this paper reasonably
selected the pre-trial mining area of No.1 coal seam, and on the basis of analyzing the mining feasibility by using the upward
mining theory, combined with the rational selection of roadway layout of mining system, the engineering of exploration roadway
was constructed, the mining system design was further optimized, and the safety and rationality of the design and mining system
were ensured by analyzing the actual exposure situation of exploration roadways and borehole exploration imaging.
