摘要: 绕管式换热器作为LNG 工厂的核心设备,其设备的强度可靠性是影响设备寿命的关键性因素。对运行过程中
中心筒的结构强度和管束与管板间连接处的结构强度进行了有限元计算。计算结果表明,中心筒与筒体连接处加厚处理
可满足材料强度要求,管束与管板连接处结构强度满足标准要求。

Numerical Simulation of Local Structural Strength of Wound Tube Heat Exchangers

Abstract: As the core equipment of LNG plant, the strength reliability of wound tube heat exchangers is the key factor affecting
the service life of the equipment. In this paper, the structural strength of the central cylinder and the structural strength of the
connection between the tube bundle and the tube sheet during operation were calculated by finite element method. The calculation
results show that the thickening treatment at the connection between the central cylinder and the cylinder can meet the material
strength requirements, and the structural strength at the connection between the tube bundle and the tube sheet can meet the
standard requirements.
