喷淋换热低温烟气余热回收供热技术及应用案例分析

摘要: 传统热力供热行业是CO2排放的大户,能源的深度利用是实现“双碳”目标的有效途径之一。着重从低温烟
气余热回收的角度出发,分析了低温烟气余热回收的现状,介绍了现状下不同技术路线烟气余热回收的原理。以喷淋换
热低温烟气余热回收供热技术为例,结合实际工程案例,分析了实际运行数据。结果表明,采用喷淋换热进行烟气余热
回收供热的技术可以满足供热需求,系统COP可达1.57,具备一定的经济性和环保效益,能够为其他工程提供参考。

Abstract: The traditional thermal heating industry is a large emitter of carbon dioxide emissions. The deep utilization of energy is
one of the effective ways to achieve the goal of "double carbon". From the perspective of low-temperature flue gas waste heat
recovery, this paper analyzed the current situation of low-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery, and introduced the principles
of flue gas waste heat recovery in different technical routes. Taking the spray heat exchange low-temperature flue gas waste heat
recovery heating technology as an example, combined with the actual engineering case, the actual operation data were analyzed.
The results show that the flue gas waste heat recovery heating technology using spray heat exchange can meet the heating demand,
and the COP of the system can reach 1.57, which has certain economic and environmental benefits, and can provide reference for
other projects.
