一种生物质焚烧炉活动炉排的自动控制策略与算法

摘要： 到目前为止，中国森林覆盖率高达22.96%，森林面积2.2×10⁸ hm²，生物质资源丰富。砍伐出来的树木多用于
家具、造纸、建材等行业中。中国对树木资源的利用率要高于发达国家，所以在中国农林生物质剩余物基本以树皮、树
根、农林作物为主，热值低、水分高、灰分大。而国外用来燃烧的生物质基本都是品质完好的木块、木头，与国内所使
用的燃料区别很大，所以引进国外先进的生物质炉燃烧技术及设备往往会出现水土不服的情况，例如炉膛容易结焦、负
荷波动大、局部燃烧区域堆积、不完全燃烧等问题。以广东保绿泰华生物能源有限公司引进的奥地利生物质活动炉排炉
为例，分析并总结出一种优化后的生物质活动炉排自动控制策略，对以上描述的问题起到较大的改善作用。

An Automatic Control Strategy and Algorithm for Movable Grate of Biomass Incinerator

Abstract: So far, China's forest coverage rate is as high as 22.96%, the forest area is 2.2×10⁸ hm², and the biomass resources are
abundant. The felled trees are mostly used in furniture, paper, building materials and other industries. The utilization rate of tree
resources in China is higher than that in developed countries. Therefore, the biomass residues in agriculture and forestry in China
are basically bark, roots, and agricultural and forestry crops, with low calorific value, high water content and large ash content.
The biomass used for combustion in foreign countries is basically wood blocks and wood of good quality, which are very different
from the fuel used in China. Therefore, the introduction of foreign advanced biomass furnace combustion technology and equipment
often results in unacceptable conditions, such as easy coking in the furnace, large load fluctuations, accumulation of local
combustion areas, and incomplete combustion. Taking the Austrian biomass movable grate furnace introduced by Guangdong
Baolv Taihua Bioenergy Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzed and summarized an optimized automatic control strategy of
biomass movable grate, which can greatly improve the problems described above.
