北方地区垃圾焚烧发电厂冬季垃圾池加热方案研究

摘要: 受北方冬季外界环境温度影响,垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾池内温度远低于垃圾发酵适宜温度下限,即便延长发酵时间,
也无法实现垃圾的充分发酵,降低入炉垃圾热值,增加焚烧炉燃烧工况调整难度。在分析锅炉连排污水、一次风及炉墙冷却
风、渗滤液加热回灌、除氧器加热蒸汽和二抽蒸汽作为热源加热垃圾池方案的基础上,提出采用二次风作为热源加热垃圾池
的方案。该方案可提高二次风系统利用率,在不增加设备投资的基础上,达到加热垃圾池、改善垃圾发酵效果的目的。

Study on Heating Scheme of Waste Pool of Waste Incineration Power Plant in Northern Area
in Winter

Abstract: Affected by the external ambient temperature in northern winter, the temperature in the waste pool of the waste
incineration power plant is far lower than the lower limit of the appropriate temperature for waste fermentation. Even if the
fermentation time is prolonged, the full fermentation of waste can not be realized, the calorific value of incoming waste can be
reduced, and it is more difficult to adjust the combustion condition of incinerator. Based on the analysis of the scheme of boiler
continuous discharge sewage, primary air and furnace wall cooling air, leachate heating and reinjection, deaerator heating steam
and secondary extraction steam as heat source to heat the waste pool, this paper proposed to use the secondary air as the heat
source to heat the waste pool, which can improve the utilization rate of the secondary air system and achieve the purpose of
heating the waste pool and improving the waste fermentation effect without increasing the equipment investment.
