摘要: 随着科技的发展,人们对能源的需求越来越高,而煤炭等化石能源也逐渐减少,煤层开采越来越深。面对矿
井下各种未知的环境,工作难度也越来越大,以至于正常工作的液压支架难以适应这种工作环境,发生故障的概率增大,
对煤炭开采的安全以及效率造成了极大的影响。对井下液压支架中一些常见的故障进行分析,并提出一些预防指导建议,
以期为其安全运行提供保障。

Study on Safety Management of Underground Hydraulic Supports in Coal Mines

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, people's demand for energy is getting higher and higher, fossil
energy such as coal is also gradually decreasing, and coal seams are being mined deeper and deeper. Faced with various unknown
environments in the mine, the work is getting more and more difficult, so that the hydraulic support that works normally is difficult
to adapt to this working environment, and the probability of failure increases, which greatly affects the safety and efficiency of coal
mining. This paper analyzed some common faults of underground hydraulic supports, and put forward some preventive guidance
suggestions, in order to provide guarantee for their safe operation.
