刮板输送机电机烧毁原因及预防措施分析

摘要： 刮板输送机是煤矿井下重要的装煤和装岩设备。然而，由于各种原因，刮板输送机的电机会烧毁，给煤矿企
业带来巨大的经济损失。通过分析煤矿刮板输送机电机烧毁的主要原因，探讨了预防刮板输送机电机烧毁的一些措施，
可以为实现煤矿刮板运输机安全运行提供一定的参考。

Analysis on Causes and Preventive Measures of Motor Burnout of Scraper Conveyors

Abstract: Scraper conveyor is an important coal and rock loading equipment in coal mines. However, due to various reasons, the
motor of scraper conveyors will be burned, which will bring huge economic losses to coal mining enterprises. By analyzing the
main causes of motor burning of scraper conveyors in coal mines, this paper discussed some measures to prevent motor burning of
scraper conveyors, which can provide a certain reference for realizing the safe operation of scraper conveyors in coal mines.
