煤层底抽巷快速掘进技术

摘要: 井下巷道掘进作业的高效高质开展是提升矿井作业综合效率及效益的重要保障。以此为着手点,结合具体工
程实例,针对矿井底抽巷的快速掘进作业开展分析探究。在分析矿井巷道掘进实际需求的基础上,对巷道掘进优化开展
分析,并对快速掘进施工的工艺参数和掘进方案做出全面探究,总结了适应矿井生产实际的底抽巷快速掘进方案。实际
验证表明,通过应用新方案,底抽巷掘进作业效率平均提升超过45%,对推动生产效率的提升起到积极作用。

Abstract: The efficient and high-quality development of underground roadway excavation is an important guarantee to improve
the comprehensive efficiency and benefit of mine operation. Taking this as the starting point, combined with specific engineering
examples, this paper analyzed and explored the rapid tunneling operation of mine bottom extraction roadways. Based on the
analysis of the actual demand of mine roadway excavation, it analyzed the optimization of roadway excavation, made a
comprehensive exploration on the process parameters and excavation scheme of rapid excavation construction, and summarized the
rapid excavation scheme of bottom extraction roadways suitable for the actual mine production. The actual verification shows that
through the application of the new scheme, the excavation efficiency of bottom extraction roadways is increased by more than 45%
on average, which plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of production efficiency.
