井下综采面深孔爆破技术的优化研究

摘要: 针对赵庄矿1308 综采面经常发生综采扰动而引起严重鼓帮的异常,提出了一种新的深孔爆破断顶技术方案,
结合井下实际地质情况,在顶板上设置爆破孔进行爆破,从而形成一定的裂隙发育区,有效控制井下顶板的垮落时机和
范围,消除了综采过程中因综采扰动而导致的鼓帮现象,极大地提升了赵庄矿井下的综采作业安全性。

Abstract: In view of the serious wall heave caused by the disturbance of fully mechanized mining in 1308 fully mechanized
mining face of Zhaozhuang Mine, a new deep hole blasting roof breaking technical scheme was proposed. Combined with the
actual underground geological conditions, blasting holes were set on the roof for blasting, so as to form a certain fracture
development area, effectively control the collapse time and range of the underground roof, eliminate the bulge phenomenon caused
by the disturbance of fully mechanized mining in the process of fully mechanized mining, and greatly improve the safety of fully
mechanized mining in Zhaozhuang Mine.
