水文监测在水资源可持续利用中的重要性

摘要： 在社会经济发展进程中，水资源的开发力度持续加大，但也逐步显现出超负荷的问题，从而造成水资源短缺、
供需失衡以及地区之间水量失衡的局面，不利于人们生产及生活活动的开展。对此，必须高度重视可持续发展理念，并
以此为引导高效做好水文监测工作，根据监测的信息采取相应的调控措施，开源节流，提高水资源的可持续利用水平。
在水资源可持续利用的视域下探讨水文监测的重要性，提出一些工作思路，以供参考。

Importance of Hydrological Monitoring in Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources

Abstract: In the process of social and economic development, the development of water resources has continued to increase, but
the problem of overloading has gradually appeared, which has caused water shortages, imbalances in supply and demand, and
water imbalances between regions, which are not conducive to the development of people's production and life activities. In this
regard, people must attach great importance to the concept of sustainable development, use this as a guide to do a good job of
hydrological monitoring, take corresponding control measures based on the monitored information, increase revenue and reduce
expenditure, and improve the level of sustainable utilization of water resources. This paper discussed the importance of hydrological
monitoring from the perspective of sustainable utilization of water resources, and put forward some working ideas for reference.
