聚氨酯硬泡在高温巷道的研究与应用

摘要: 根据山东一煤矿深部热害问题的实际情况,将聚氨酯泡沫材料应用于矿井,提出了一种新型隔热支护技术,将
该技术现场应用于已经使用的巷道。通过现场温度测试的结果分析对比,得出平均温度可以降低4.8 ℃,在阻断巷道内
来自于围岩的热量传递中有着良好的效果,减少了矿山企业被动降温的成本,有利于矿山企业自身持续发展、安全
生产。

Research and Application of Polyurethane Rigid Foam in High-temperature Roadways

Abstract: According to the actual situation of deep heat damage in a coal mine of Shandong, a new type of heat insulation
supporting technology was put forward by applying polyurethane foam to the mine. The technology was applied to the roadway
used in the field. Through the analysis and comparison of the results of field temperature test, the average temperature can be
reduced by 4.8 益, which has a good effect in blocking the heat transfer from surrounding rock in the roadway, reduces the cost of
passive cooling of mining enterprises, and is conducive to the sustainable development and safe production of mining enterprises.
