摘要: 进入21 世纪新的十年后,开端最突出和备受关注的环境问题是全球变暖中CO2导致的温室效应,习近平主席
由此提出了中国CO2排放力争于2030 年前达到峰值,努力争取于2060 年前实现碳中和的新目标和新任务。基于高校兼
有人口集中、人均能耗高的耗能特点和高端人才培养、科研和政策诞生的社会属性,高校建设绿色、低碳甚至零碳或负
碳排放校园是趋势,也是责无旁贷的使命。2020 年潍坊理工学院在世界绿色大学排名中位居亚洲首位,因此,以潍坊理
工学院主校区为例进行碳核算,结果在研究组织边界内,碳排放量为4 974 t CO2e,使用可再生能源部分的碳减排量为
10 372 t CO2e,净碳排放量为-5 398 t CO2e,并介绍零碳校园的建设策略,以期为其他高校提供借鉴。

Abstract: After entering the new decade of the 21st century, the most prominent and most concerned environmental issue is the
greenhouse effect caused by carbon dioxide resulting in global warming. President XI Jinping thus proposed the new goal and task
of China's carbon dioxide emissions should reach the peak by 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. Based on the
high energy consumption characteristics of population intensity, high per capita energy consumption in universities and the social
attributes of high-end talent training, scientific research and policy birth, it is a trend for universities to build green, low-carbon,
even zero-carbon or negative-carbon emission campus. In 2020, Weifang Institute of Technology ranks first in UI GreenMetric
World University Ranking. Therefore, this paper took the main campus of Weifang Institute of Technology as an example for
carbon accounting. The results showed that within the boundaries of the research, the carbon emissions are 4 974 t CO2e, the
emission reduction amount from renewable energy is 10 372 t CO2e, and the net carbon emission amount is -5 398 t CO2e. The
construction strategy of zero-carbon campus was introduced to provide reference for other universities.
