综采工作面无煤柱开采断层注浆治理优化

摘要: 断层及断层破碎带的导水作用是对矿井安全最具威胁的矿井水害因素之一,主要表现为断层在垂向方向上的
导水作用。受断层影响,留设断层保护煤柱是确保工作面安全回采的主要手段之一,但留设煤柱必然造成采煤量的损失。
以霍州煤电集团干河煤矿为例,探讨了综采工作面无煤柱开采断层注浆治理优化。通过断层注浆治理,减小了煤柱,增
加了工作面回采储量,并最终实现了安全回采,对同类地质条件矿井开采有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: The water diversion of faults and fault fracture zones is one of the most threatening mine water hazard factors for mine
safety, which is mainly manifested in the water diversion of faults in the vertical direction. Affected by faults, setting fault
protection coal pillars is one of the main means to ensure the safe mining of the working face. However, the retention of coal
pillars will inevitably lead to the loss of coal mining volume. Taking Ganhe Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group as an
example, this paper discussed the optimization of non-pillar mining in fully mechanized mining face by fault grouting treatment.
Through the fault grouting treatment, coal pillars were reduced, mining reserves of working face were increased, and safe mining
was finally realized. It is of certain guiding significance for mining in mines with similar geological conditions.
