综采工作面回撤通道液压支架支护技术应用

摘要: 为了实现斜沟煤矿综采工作面的快速回采,采用了预掘单回撤通道方案。针对回撤通道变形较大而存在的稳
定性问题,在传统的垛式支护技术的基础上,采用了液压支架进行加强支护。对液压支架支护技术在综采工作面回撤通
道的应用进行了研究。结果表明,采用液压支架支护技术后,回撤通道的顶底板移近量减小,底鼓现象也大大减少,节
约成本9.89×105元,回撤时间减少25 d左右。

Application of Hydraulic Support Technology for Retraction Channel in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face

Abstract: In order to realize the rapid mining of the fully mechanized mining face of Xiegou Coal Mine, the scheme of preexcavating
single retraction channel was adopted. Aiming at the stability problem of the large deformation of the retraction
channel, on the basis of the traditional stacking support technology, hydraulic support was used to strengthen the support. This
paper studied the application of hydraulic support technology in the retraction channel of fully mechanized mining face. The
results show that after adopting the hydraulic support technology, the moving amount of the roof and floor of the retraction channel
was reduced, the phenomenon of heaving floor was also greatly reduced, the cost was saved by 9.89×105 yuan, and the retraction
time was reduced by about 25 d.
