燃煤电厂低负荷脱硝性能提升技术综述

摘要: 简要介绍和总结了解决低负荷脱硝问题的可行技术,同时提出了提升低负荷脱硝性能可采用烟温提升、更换
宽温催化剂和SO3脱除技术3 种技术方案。烟温提升方案存在能耗高的问题;宽温催化剂处于示范应用阶段,可靠性和
稳定性还需实践检验;SO3脱除技术是一种解决低负荷脱硝问题的新思路。

Abstract: This paper introduced and summarized the feasible technology to solve the problem of low-load denitration, and
proposed three technical schemes to improve the low-load denitrification performance: smoke temperature improvement, replacement
of wide temperature catalyst and SO3 removal technology. The smoke temperature improvement scheme is of the problem of high
energy consumption; the wide temperature catalyst is in the stage of demonstration application, and its reliability and stability need
to be tested in practice; the SO3 removal technology is a new way to solve the problem of low-load denitration.
