Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the actual situation of promoting the realization of the "dual carbon" goal, analyzed the
effect logic of the "dual carbon" goal from the perspectives of the supply side and the demand side, and discussed the path to
advance the realization of the "dual carbon" goal in combination with the energy structure and economic development in China.
